MY GREEN TOMATOES
I spent my summer learning how to preserve strawberries and gardening for the first. I never knew it could be so much fun and hard work. I've always watched my Grandfathers" Big Bubba" sell fruits and vegetables, Mr. J grew beautiful vegetables and strawberries. My Grandmother Charlotte would preserve all kinds of fruits and vegetables, but I never had an chance to learn from her, I thank God for my Mother in Law Eliza who took the time to show me how to preserve.
